Anger Management

Program Overview

A 10-session, instructor-led anger management program that builds skills through guided peer discussion and individual reflection. The program includes a short phone intake, a virtual assessment, eight weekly live group sessions, and a final individual closing session. Instructors are NAMA‑approved/court‑recognized; we provide progress reports and coordinate with referring agencies as needed.

Key Details

  • Format: Live weekly sessions via Zoom (link sent after registration).

  • Time commitment: Eight weekly group sessions (60–90 minutes each). Assessment and the closing session are scheduled at the participant’s convenience; group sessions follow the weekly schedule. Private one‑to‑one sessions are available and may incur additional fees.

  • Minimum completion time:

    • Full group track (most cost‑effective): 8–10 weeks — eight weekly group sessions; intake and closing scheduled at participant's convenience.

    • Hybrid track (group + individual): ~5 weeks — three required group sessions, remaining sessions can be scheduled flexibly.

  • Tech: Reliable internet, camera, and microphone required.

  • Reporting: Progress reports to probation or referring agencies provided on request; please provide contact details during intake.

  • Certificate: Issued upon successful program completion, participants must complete a minimum of three group sessions.
